PROJECT NAME Sanmina Customer Purchase Order Change Work Flow Processing

PROJECTDESCRIPTION

Customization work flow created to process the customer PO change and apply the changes to Sales order. This Includes Workflow kicks off process, enabling a customer for Workflow.

PO changes will be applied to Sales Order through Work flow process

For each PO changes the notification will be sending to plant user.

Instead of Order Import program, we used Order Import API to apply the PO changes on sales order side.

Before this development, all the customer PO changes will be applied on SO side manually.

This is common script for all customers, only the validation process differs based on customer requirement.

PROJECT NAME Sanmina Customer PO Processing Using Work FlowPROJECTDESCRIPTION

Customization work flow created to process the customer PO.

Entire customer PO to SO process was handled through the Work flow.

Customer PO information comes through flat file and Sales order created after the successful validation of PO information. This Includes Workflow kicks off process, WF notification mail, enabling a customer for Workflow.

Customer PO information are like Item, Price, UOM, Ship to address info and Bill to address information and etc.

If customer is sending the new ship to address information then we will create a location for the same ship to address in Oracle by using below APIs.

Before moving into WF process, old programs has taken 3 hours to create a Sales order, but through work flow process we created Sales order with in 3 Minutes.

Supplier will send the PO acknowledgement and Invoice information through flat files for PO’s. Flat files have come into a common location in our system irrespective of Brazil and Das PROD instance.

This file needs to be moved into the correct database instance based on combination of PO number and other information.

Customization alert will go to Business Analyst for them to take the further action if the acknowledgment or Invoice information is wrong.

PROJECT NAME Sanmina EDI forecast 2_3_4 Release WeeksPROJECTDESCRIPTION

Sanmina will be sending the forecast information to their suppliers. Forecast will create based on the DRP information. Once the forecast created user can do the changes on the forecast data (via customization form).

Once the forecast creation process over, we will extract the forecast in order to send it to supplier. Before this enhancement Sanmina can send the firm (confirm) order only for one week (first week).

This enhancement process allows sending the forecast information for first four weeks.

SMI is supplier will keep their material in Sanmina premises and supplier is owned their material until Sanmina use it.

Supplier gets a pull signal from Sanmina when they should send material to Sanmina. In return, the supplier will send the ASN (856 info) and inventory figures what they currently holds in the hub for the specific customers plants (customer specific inventory).

This module serves three purposes:1) Supplier can upload inventory status data
