In May 2001, the Human Resources Management and Consultancy Services Division was created under Optimus Managers & Advisors, Inc., a management and consulting company established in 1991.

The division generated an abundance of learning innovations which it bequeathed to Optimus Innovations, Inc., registered with the SEC on September 19, 2003.

CONSULTANTS BIENVENIDO E. LAGUESMA is the former

secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment from June 1998 to January 2001. Engaged in private law practice in his own firm.

EDWIN C. EBREO has over 14 years experience in human resource management and training in the IT, Call Center and BPO industries. He is presently the president of exeQserve, a recruitment firm.

CONSULTANTS TERESA REYES TUNAY is multi-awarded

writer and editor, Editor-in-Chief, Blue Collar Magazine; formerly editor-in-chief of Woman Today. She has written and edited for various newspapers and magazines for the past 34 years.

JOY FALLARME NERI has over 15 years experience in training and consulting. She holds the following degrees from De La Salle University, Manila: Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She was also the Training and Development Manager of Systematics Technology Services Inc.
