Optimus is not typical consulting firm, we’re proud to be different as potential new startup which is supported by the expert! Optimus, founded by Dien Natalia in September 2018, was becoming disillusioned by a saturated recruitment market, a market where mediocre customer service had become the industry standard and client satisfaction had taken a back seat. Founder & Managing Director
Dien Natalia is the Managing Director of at Optimus Consulting Firm. She has over 12 years experience in the human capital & IT industry and her strengths include Executive Search, Mid-Level Placements, Training, Assessment, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Before setting up her own business, she is the Head of Sales at PT Urban Teknologi Digital (Urbanhire). She had developed a strategic client base and successfully led her team to acquire enterprise clients such as PT Pegadaian (Persero), Bank Danamon, Angkasa Pura Support, Toyota Astra Finance, Astra Credit Company, The Body Shop, Amertha Indah Otsuka, and many more. She also managed the high level relationship and at the same time assisted the account managers in maintaining the relationship at operational level. Prior to that, Dien was the Client Account Manager of PT Dayalima Recruitment (Sister company of Daya Dimensi Indonesia) where she was fully involved from pre-acquisition, account management, up to project management. Dien has extensive knowledge and network within the Oil & Gas, Mining, FMCG, and Financial Services Institution, Government, Indonesia’s State-Owned Enterprise, and IT community as her client focus industry at that time. In her role, she was fully involved in problem resolution, escalation process, service review & improvement plan to ensure the client satisfaction. Some of her happy clients at Dayalima Recruitment are ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia, Freeport Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha, CIMB Niaga, and others.
She started her professional career at PT Abacus Distribution Systems Indonesia (Sabre Travel Network), a subsidiary company of Garuda Indonesia (the airline of Indonesia) where she started as an IT Support and was promoted throughout the years as a Project Manager and the Business enhancement Manager. During her tenure there, she has experience in managing an end-to-end project where she successfully completed the project and enhance her ability to communicate with people from all level, Developers, Management, and Clients equally well. Dien was graduated from University of North Sumatra majoring in Electrical Engineering.
Head of Delivery
Lucie Supandi is Head of Delivery at Optimus Consulting Firm. She has over 12 years of experience in human capital. Her strengths include Executive Search, Mid to Senior Level position and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Her exposure in Human Resources started as Deputy to HR Director for Omni Hotels, in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA, where she rendered the services for more than 5 years. During her tenure, she was awarded for three years in a row as one of Omni Service Champion recipient. Returning to Indonesia in 2011 after 13 years aboard, Lucie then hired by Cyenno Consultant as Head of Consultant prior to joining Dayalima Recruitment (sister company of Daya Dimensi Indonesia/Development Dimension International).
At Dayalima Recruitment, Lucie focuses on managing Executive Search projects where she always commits to completing the projects and thus enhance her ability to communicate with people from all level equally well. In Recruitment Process, Lucie had assisted client such as Ericsson Indonesia, Chevron, Sumitomo Banking Corporation, SC Johnson and Honeywell. Taking on Accounting major in Yayasan Administrasi Indonesia, she spent 2.5 years in Australia where she further educated herself in English for Business Purpose at Australia Pacific College, and Business Marketing at Sydney Business and Travel Academy.

Shapes is an adaptive, computer-based questionnaire. It provides a detailed assessment of someone's key preferred personality and behavioural style and competencies on an interactive, operational, intellectual and emotional level.
The Questionnaire measures 18 key dimensions
Shapes only takes 15-30 minutes to complete, is reliable and provides highly differentiated profiles. User-friendly reports allow you to understand the behaviour and thinking style of a person and do not require expert knowledge or interpretation.
In each shapes administration the candidate sees 3 statements on which he can distribute 6 points. The points shall be distributed according to how accurate the statements describe the candidate’s behavior.
