Categorization also serves the purpose of determining the skillsets required of the people who will be working on your project. We thereby look at factors such as experience with former projects, background and trainings, but also at other qualifications, skills and certifications.

PM@Siemens also offers internal certifications to fill the growing need for accredited project managers around the world. These certifications are available in three levels and provide proof of capabilities, skills and experience comparable to international standards such as PMI and IPMA.
