Upgrade of a front long facade of a well-known shopping mall in uptown Toronto. The main intention of the design intervention was to create cohesion and fluidity to the relatively long and outdated facade, punctuated by slick modern feature that will enhance its appearance, mainly, to zipping car traffic. A metal wavy tube of stainless steel was suggested to run a cross the elevation with its own lighting, sheen, and visually weightless glass canopies.

Major regional shopping mall in Markville, Ontario. The aim of the facade retrofit was to integrate the vastly wide elevation looking over Highway 7. The entrances suffered a degrading due to outdated style and building envelope problems. The design theme focused on minimizing the scale of the "big box" and create a rhythm. This was created using EIF System with pilaster at intervals. The cornice at the top of the building created better rain shedding mechanism and architectural integrated the different masses and encapsulated Wall Mart store next door.

An industrial building proposal in Vaughn, Ontario. The schematic proposal aimed at creating an interesting office administration mass in front of, otherwise, huge industrial box. A curved stick curtain wall system or Captured Glazing system was suggested. The layout included a dou-ble-volume completely glazed open reception area with a metal staircase and concrete finished floor, in an attempt to utilize industrial brute aesthetics.
