This process is suitable when acidic gases such as HCl, HF, SOx from incinerator, waste heat boiler cleaning performances arerequired.Activated carbon is mixed with lime slurry for adsorbing the Dioxins/Furans and various other residual pollutants, in particular gaseousheavy metals such as mercury.

반건식공정은 소각로나 폐열 보일러로 부터 배출되는, 연소가스에 포함된 HCI, HF, SOx 등의 산성 오염물의 처리에 유효합니다. Lime slurry 및 활성탄을 사용하여 다이옥신 / 휴란과 중금속을 효과적으로 처리, 제거 합니다.

Dry Process

The dry process involves not only filtration but also injection of a reagent in powder into the gas stream to be scrubbed.

건식공정은 여과 장치 및 반응기로 유입되는 연소가스에 분말상태의 화학 약품을 주입해 오염물질을 제거하는 공정이다.

Semi-dry reactor

The inlet reactor tower has been carefully designed to provide an even distribution of gas toeach of the flow tubes with minimal pressure drop. The flue gas and reagent spray the exit offlow tubes and begin to expand into the scrubber vessel.Acid gases are converted to neutralized salts and still have a long residence left in the vesselto ensure complete drying of these products. So, there are no internal devices and nohorizontal ledges in the hopper area where buildups could occur.Also, the outlet has been designed so that as the gas is accelerated back to the dust carryingvelocities, the velocities will remain sufficiently high as to prevent fallout of particulate in theoutlet area of the scrubber vessel.

반응탑에 유입되는 연소 가스가 최소의 압력 손실로 고르게 분포 될 수 있도록 설계 되어 있습니다.튜브를 통과한 연소가스가 물과 함께 분사된 화학약품은 반응탑 내부에서 반응하여 산성가스는 중화되어, 염이되고 수분은 반응탑 내부를 통과하는 동안 증발, 건조한 상태가 됩니다.호퍼 내부는 가스 흐름이 원할하도록 설계가 되었으며, 또한 출구 부분은 가스가 먼지입자를 함유하고 나갈 수 있을 정도로 충분히 가속되도록 설계되어 있습니다.

A complete lance / nozzle assembly can bechanged in less than 5 minutes during plantoperation.Routine cleaning of the nozzle and lance isaccomplished with the nozzle in place.Shield air protects the compressed air and slurrylines.Quick disconnects are provided for each hookupto the lance assembly.Correct alignment of the spray nozzle in the gasflow tube is ensured.

WET PROCESS

The wet process involves gas GRANILAB scrubbing which leads to the saturation temperature and to the Absorption of acidgases such as HCl, HF, SOx by scrubber with using lime and / or soda.Fine particles including heavy metals and mist are additionally collected in Electro-filtering-Module(EFM), to produce a cakecontaining stabilized heavy metals and clear water which can be discharged to the environment.

습식 공정은 세정탑에 가성소다를 물과 함께 분무하여 HCl, HF, SOx등을 함유한 산성 가스를 제거하며, 중금속을 함유한 미세먼지와 미스트는Electro-filtering-Module(EFM) 에서 추가로 제거, 케이크로 처리하여 배출되는 폐수까지 정화처리 하는 공정 입니다.

NozzleThe nozzle are designed to handle concentrated slurrieswithout clogging, scaling, abrasion and corrosion.Droplet size is design variable of nozzle technology.The closely controlled droplet sizing is essential for optimumparticulate removal and acid gas absorption.These technological advantages form a deciding factor for theend-user, since they allow large quantities of dust andpollutants to be captured without clogging and require verylittle fresh water due to a high recycling rate in the scrubbingloops.

Electro-filtering VenturiIt fitted with a dynamic precipitation electrode consisting in acurtain of electrically charge water droplets sprayed in counterflow pattern.Its efficiency is independent of size distribution and electricalproperties of the particles to be captured.

SCR process

SCR & SNCR PROCESS

SCR (Selective Catalytic reduction)system, using the catalyst removal not only NOx but also Dioxin & Furan in Flue gas at sametime, as very nice efficiency. Injecting ammonia upstream from the reactor reduces nitrogen oxides. The reaction is almostefficient at flue gas temperature between 200 and 300 on successive layears of catalyst lining the reactor.

The SNCR(Selective Non Catalytic reduction) Process consists of injecting a reagent at the furnace outlet to reduce the nitrogenoxides at a temperature of 900 to 1100SNCR main facility consists of Urea Supply facility for supplying Urea and Spray Nozzles for injecting Urea into the point withappropriate temperature .

촉매를 사용하여 연소 가스중의 질소 산화물을 고효율로 처리하는 동시에 다이옥신 및 휴란을 효과적으로 분해,제거하는 설비입니다. 반응탑 상단부에 암모니아를 주입하여 질소산화물을 감소시키며, 200℃~300℃사이로 운전하여 효율적으로 촉매가반응할 수 있도록 설계하 습니다.

SNCR process

선택적 무촉매 환원설비는 900℃~1100℃ 부근 온도 NH3는 촉매 없이 NOx는 N2로 환원 시킨다.SNCR주요설비는 요소수를 공급하기 위한 요소수 공급 설비와 고온 역에 요소수를 직접 분무하기 위한 분무 노즐로 이루어진다.

The optimum support for the removal of NOx and Dioxin in the presence of NH is a mixture of Titanium Oxide (TiO andtungsten Oxide (WO ) .The active component consists of Vanadium Pentoxide (V O )In order to meet the requirements regarding pressure drop, fouling behavior and cost, honeycomb geometry catalyst isdesigned to use.

암모니아가 존재하는 상태에서 질소 산화물과 다이옥신을 제거하기 위한 촉매는 티타늄 산화물 (TiO2)과 텅스텐 산화물(WO3 )의복합제에 바나듐 산화물 (V2O5)을 활성재로 사용한 촉매가 가장 적절하며, 압력손실 경제성 및 foulingbehavior 등을 고려하여 허니컴구조의 촉매를 사용합니다.

NOx/Dioxin is reduced to N on catalyst surface contacting with Ammoniainjected through spray nozzles.SCR main facility consists of Reheating facility for increasing the appropriatetemperature of flue gas, Catalyst Reactor and Ammonia Supply facility.

In order to meet the specific needs of each type of facility most efficiently and economically, there are four different dioxin and furanemission control processes.Among these processes, two in particular enable the combined collection and destruction of dioxins and furans.

다이옥신 및 휴란을 효율적이고 경제적으로 제거하기 위해서는 (주) 스페코에서는 4가지 공정을 개발 적용하고있습니다. 이중 활성탄을 이용한 공정은 활성탄과 lime slurry 를 사용하여 가스처리와 동시에 다이옥신 및 휴란을제거시킵니다. 또한, 촉매 공정은 연소 가스를 선택적 촉매 반응탑의 촉매층을 통과시켜 NOx의 제거와 동시에 다이옥신 및 휴란을 분해시킵니다.

De-dusting system

The dust-laden air penetrates the filter and sucked inside the bags. This captured dust is blown off the bag and falls into a hopperfrom which it is evacuated by an appropriate device.

먼지를 함유한 가스는 백필터에 유입되며, 유입된 가스먼지중 먼지는 백에 유입되어지며, 탈진장치에 의해 제거되며 백필터 호퍼하부 배출장치로 배출된다.

Wet sludge to be supplied in rotary dryer will be dried through hot air inside the rotary drum.Drum rotates slow continuously. Blade of shaft located in drum crushes and scatters the sludge. Moisture of sludge isvaporized. Rotary dryer is designed to hold the sludge long time inside the drum. SPECO’s dryer is improved in drying efficiency and its life time.

Rotary Dryer 는 다습성(수분70%이상)의 폐수 및 하수 SLUDGE의 건조시 저속으로 회전하는 DRUM 과 내부LIFTER에 의해 슬러지는자유낙하 하며, 고속으로 회전하는 BLADE에 의해 분쇄 비산되어열풍에 직접 접촉, 가열하여건조되는 직접 가열형 건조기로 폐수오니의 감량 효율이 탁월하여 처리비용을 대폭 절감할 수 있으며, 건조후 비료 및 사료 등으로 재활용 할 수 있어 1석 2조의 효과가 있습니다.
