Obtain instantly the information sent by the spectrometer. No human error,

reduced waiting times and power consumption of the furnace ensuring the

most economic adjustment possible.

Connection to spectrometer data:

> Automatically add the chemical composition of the raw materials

analyzed by the spectrometer to the database of ALEA.

> Automatic casting adjustment: It will import the casting composition in

real-time and will calculate the raw materials needed to adjust it, with

minimum cost or minimum quantity.

> Reuse of castings remains: ALEA will complete the excess with the best

raw materials to achieve the desired quality, without waiting time or

errors.

> Mathematical formulas management Because sometimes it is not sufficient to specify the limits of chemical elements one by

one, any formula that makes relations among them will be respected by ALEA when

optimizing castings.

Without restrictions and 100% configurable:

Chromium Equivalent, PREN...

> Add your own mathematical formulas and set limits for each one of them,

adjusting the alloys to get the mechanical properties required.
