Project Management

■ Supports the organization by ensuring that the appropriate projects are performed on time, on budget, and meet the needs of the customers

■ Managing a project consists of 3 main phases; Definition, Planning, and Implementation

■ The Project Management Division consists of two areas; Application Testing and Vendor Project Management

Regulatory and Legal Affairs Responsible for the oversight of all legal areas Manages contract negotiation, creation,

execution and analysis Prepares personal and commercial lines, rules,

and forms in support of product introductions and amendments

Responsible for the representation of policyholders in small claims court throughout the state; pursuing subrogation and collection matters on behalf of the company; providing legal counsel and research to the claims division

Responsible for the defense of policyholders and the company

Special Investigations Unit (SIU)

■ SIU cooperates with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to arrest and convict individuals for insurance fraud and other related crimes

■ Investigates instances of suspected insurance fraud

■ Responsible for our company’s overall Fraud Prevention Plan

Underwriting

■ Determine the acceptability of insurance risks, based on company guidelines, and marketing direction

■ Make certain that the risk is properly insured
