2. \Vhen using it ,. firstl:y place the bench driller on flat and stt1 .. 1<ly

driller on work table surface through the two screw l·wles on the base.
3. Before starting to operate Lencl1 driller. it i� 1wcessary ·to

4. There is a m�chanism for spindle to come bud, !n its nriginal
position. Rotating spring shield may be us�d to regubt:· tlie range of
elastic force .. (Bench driller produced by us has been r�gulated before
leaying our plant. )
5. Open the shield of belt pulley, through adjusting the: position of
the \'-belt on bPJt pull�y, and the needed revolution speed of spindle
wi.lfobe oht ained_
6. First loosen the tightly fixed bolts on. the two sides of caseh�jy,
t.:b.�n the V-be.ltj� neither too tight nor too loose and then tighten it up.
7 � The bench d.i:'iller is spe<li�lly easy in drilling blind holes, the
depth of ·whi.ch may be obtained- by regulating the graduated disc.
8. In .. case there O(;CUr;; trouhle or abnormal sound when working,
you sl1ould turn off eI_ectriC'al motor immediately to examine the cause.
9. After work. iron bits m1d <lust.dirt should be "';ped out. Apply

After an overall test • the rroduct i� plncP.d 1n

nents, TI1erefore, aftei opening the case, subscribers should as
semble the machine according to the following procedures:
1. A�cording to the operating instruction manual7 see if acces�ories are complete.
2. W a5h and clean painted rust-preventative and apply a little
machine nil.
3. Install pillar on the base with M 10 x 25 bolts and ·spring
washers.
4. Put bracket and rack in pillar, fix rack well with pillar
sheath and tighten up the screw on pillar sheath.
5. Put the ·machine head into pillar, after �gnmen4 tight�n
up the two fixed screws with alien key ...

6. Screw up the control lever into the lever stock on the right
side.
7. Clean all impurities at the conical part of spindle and at the
inside of conical hole in drill chuck. so as to avoid accident of drill
chuck� flying out caused by unreliable lock at high speed revolution . . .,.
