OPERATION MANUAL

1. Switch on the machine, wait a few second.
2. This warning indicates that the machine should do calibration. Press the information button on the panel. Make sure that all the displayed quantity recorded for comparison purposes.
3. In the main view, select Settings ACS

4. Select Calibration
5. Select Balance Calibration
6. Enter password ACS @ 227.
7. Select R134a.

8. During this display, the process of making preparation for the R134a calibration required.
9. Open the back cover of this machine. On both sides of the machine. There are 8 screws.
10. Provide ballast. Weights must be: 5 Kg or (4980 to 4990 grams) Fill the container weigh objects up to 5Kg (4980 to 4990 grams). Make sure the weight is borne by the barrel only. If weights are borne other than barrels, weight readings will be void.

11. Enter weight at Input Placed Weight = 4980g. wait a few minutes , Calibration Complete will display. This amount depends on the weights that have been weighed.
12. Back to Sensor Select display, select Used Oil for calibration.
13. During this display, prepare the calibration bottle weights for Used Oil, Fresh Oil and UV Dye.
The amount of weight required is 1000g (980 to 990gram).
Insert the object into the bottle until the bottle achieve weight 1000g (980-990gram)
Remove the bottle to be in calibration. Note: Use additional bottles that have been provided. Fresh oil connection varies with UV connection and Used Oil.

14. Back to Calibration display. Select Pressure Calibration Sensor.
Select first option and wait for 300 second.
Disconnect HP and LP coup from hose. Enter atmosphere pressure = 1000 (600-1100)

15. Back to Select Service. Select ACS Maintenance

If reach 60 hours, need to change new vacuum pump Date the vacuum pump last change. If reach 150 kg, need to change new filter drier Date the filter drier last change. Date the last calibration done.
