The State of Open Data in Cambodia• Open Data is still an unknown concept to many.
• Lack of understanding and awareness of open-licensing.
• Few ongoing projects w/ crowd-sourcing approach, e.g. Khmer Wikipedia community.
• However, a slow but optimistic development and open data trend among local stakeholders.
Some Local Stakeholders in Cambodia
Their site are open-licensed with Creative Commons licenses.
