Integration Description GoGoHealth will use the Allscripts Enterprise EHT API and integrate with

UAI - Unity Web Service. We will be collecting patient medical

information to help provide a broad understanding of the patient's basic

medical condition and history and known allergies to medications. Once

the user has completed the assessment we can then again use the

Allscripts Enterprise EHT API UAI to update the patients medical records.

APIs/Web Services calls used:

The majority of the Magic Actions will be used to get provider information,

search, get and save patient information, save diagnosis, documents,

and images, and search medications and pharmacies.

We provide a SaaS model to the provider. Set up and maintain each account at the following monthly rates: Individual - $9.95, Couple - $14.95, Family - $35.95.
