Following the request by the Seventy-Third Session of the Executive Council (paragraph 13.1 of EC-73/6, dated 19 July 2013), the Director-General submits the updated version of the matrix document based on the report of the Third Review Conference1 (RC-3/3*, dated 19 April 2013).
