This is a small presentation to enable exhibitors understand the features of the show. Just keep on clicking and learn about the show.


First we will begin with your Admin section. This is the section you reach after you login to your account. The first page you will see is ‘Create New Product’. Let us explain that.


Create New Product-1This is how your landing page would look like. This would be the page where you would upload your products. In the next few pages, we will explain how you can upload your products in the correct manner.

Create New Product-2First step would be to keep the product details ready. This includes product photographs and details. Product name is very mportant because it would be the most important parameter in search. Of course , the photographs would be vital for generating buyer interest .

Create New Product-3Once details are ready, start entering details on the CREATE NEW PRODUCT page. The two compulsory details are PRODUCT NAME and PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Product description would again be very important as it would describe the product . Eg, ‘This is a special knit denim product which is very good for creating soft Jogging jeans specially for women”. Both the product name and description are very important for SEARCH.

Create New Product-4After you enter the product details, there are options to put up other info about the product eg Width , Weight , Color etc . None of these details are compulsory and we respect companies’ need to give only as much info. as they want. However, the more the information is added, the more the chances of buyers being able to see the products.

Create New Product-5You can give upto 3 different definitions to your product. Eg same product could be Vintage, Super Soft and Power Stretch ! . It is upto you how you define the product ..

Create New Product-6Next important thing would be to select whether your product is a FEATURED product or not. ‘Featured’ means that this product is important for you or not. Not every product is Important. Secondly the most important thing to decide is whether you would like to keep the product PRIVATE or PUBLIC.

Create New Product-7A PUBLIC product will be listed on the homepage of the show randomly and will also come in Google search and visible to anyone who is not logged in as a buyer. Advantage is that this product could be easily found by anyone. But in case you do not wish all to see your product, it will be good to keep it PRIVATE. These products you can show only to your approved buyers.

Create New Product-8A private product will not be visible to anyone.Only when a buyer registers on our site and is approved by you , then only he can see your private products. This way , you can keep your product info. safe. It is always better to have some products PUBLIC and some PRIVATE.

Create New Product-9Once you upload your product details, you will need to upload the FIRST IMAGE of the product. This image should NOT BE MORE THAN 1 MB.. Also this image is most important because this would be the image first visible to anyone who is looking at this product. Just select the image and upload it (ONLY JPEG, JPG, PNG versions of images are allowed). You can also define the image eg ‘ This is a heavy stone wash look on the fabric’. Pl try to take good images of the product so that they look good while buyer looks at them

Create New Product-10Once the first image is uploaded, you will be able to see which info. and image you uploaded. And there will be an option to upload additional images of the same product. Means, if you want to show different styles or washes etc of the same fabric, you can do so by uploading new images . You could do upto 5 different looks of the same product without needing to add any other additional info. about the product.

Create New Product-11And in the similar fashion, you can keep on uploading new products and create your own showroom. You can visit your showroom anytime by clicking on the Link ‘My Showroom’ on the top navigation or reach your Admin again.

Watch carefully the LEFT panel. It shows the categories under which you have uploaded your products. So, its important to select some categories !

Back to Admin sectionNow, we go back to the admin section. Here you will see a number of links on the left panel. The first one is the Welcome Summary – which gives a gist of your activity on the site eg products uploaded, buyers visited etc. The second one “MOST VISITED PRODUCTS” shows the products of yours which are most visited by registered buyers.

Most Frequent Visitors This link gives the details of buyers who have visited your showroom and the number of times they visited.

Add News On this page you can add news about your company. This can be done once in a fortnight. You need to give a brief description of the news and attach an image with the same. The news from companies will be shown on homepage randomly and also sent by email to buyers on a regular basis.

Add Videos On this page you can add videos related your company. This could be your product info., company info., marketing campaigns etc. . You need to give a brief description of the video and attach an EMBEDED CODE of video with the same. Add Own Category On this page you can add your own category according to new feature of the product. This is a very important option. If you feel that the existing categories don’t define your product well, you can add your own category. Eg., you could create a category ‘Silk Denim’. This category you could select while uploading your product.

Edit Product DetailsOn this page you can edit in your products. You need to click on Edit Details and update the information about the products in case you want to redefine them.

Add ImagesOn this page you can add new image in existing product. Eg. If you uploaded 1 image for your Product A and you wish to add 2 more . Then you can easily add new images for this product without needing to add product details again.

Delete ImagesOn this page you can delete images of respective product. So you can use ADD and DELETE options to change your product look. Note that if you delete all images of the product , the details of the product will also be deleted.

Delete ProductOn this page you can delete product . This action needs to be done carefully because if you delete a product , All Images, All Comments and other related information for this product will be also deleted. This should only be done if you really do not want this product to be seen again.

Visitor Approval VERY IMP. - On this page you can approve the available visitors who register as buyers. Once the approval done the visitor can visit on your Showroom. Without your approval they cannot see your PRIVATE products. This would be your control point to ensure your private info. be seen by right buyers.

Visitor Saved PagesWhen the buyers visit your products, they can save your products on their pages. This enables them to see those products later on. Here , you will be able to see which products of yours have been saved by buyers. This will help you to understand which buyers are liking which of your product. You could also then contact them about these products.

We have just given you details on how you can upload the products and use your admin. Once the products are uploaded, we will start inviting the buyers to check out your products.
