動湯 DoyuFirst, the left leg, then the right leg, then the left lower rib-waist area, then your left shoulder and finally your right shoulder

つかり湯 TsukariyuThen, while immersed in the tub, cross your legs and slowly twist your waist to the left and then to the right two times each.Immerse yourself past your collar bone for one minute to improve circulation and to remove toxins.Make sure to warm up your collar bone to positively affect your lymph nodes.
