Transcript of ONLINE MARKETPLACE INTEGRATION - k-eCommerce ... Microsoft Dynamics¢® ERP / CRM database....
The k-eCommerce platform helps businesses supplement their online efforts with an integration to online marketplaces. Similar to businesses using k-eCommerce for their web store, the addition of this tool integrates with that one source of truth, the Microsoft Dynamics® ERP / CRM database.
ONLINE MARKETPLACE INTEGRATION
After determining which online marketplaces will be used, a customer record for each must be created in the ERP / CRM database. Then, a catalog must be created for each online marketplace. These records are used to create the rich product content each different marketplace requires and specify which products will be sold where. Once set up, k-eCommerce pushes product information out to the online marketplaces that have been created. As with a web store from k-eCommerce, the integration allows pricing, availability and catalogs to be maintained in just one database.
