Conclusions
This experience was so positive that has been extended to all professional categories of the Andalusian health caresystem (50.000 professionals)
Economic assessment: Though still incomplete, data suggest a drastic reduction on training costs.
Next month, our andalusian model is going to bedeployed in Chile.
