Use the user details as advised by your company. Click ‘login’ once your username and password is

entered.

First time you logon

Change your password then complete your own online profile and save.


Home Page

If arranging trips for a traveller other than yourself you must select them from the travel arranger section.

Search for the specific traveller by name or user details.


Travel Planner Page

From here you can begin planning your trip, by completing the required fields. Search by schedule is a time

driven search and search by price is a fare driven search. You also have the option of more search options

at the bottom of your search criteria e.g. class of service, airline preferences etc...


Search Results Page

When you do a search by fare we would recommend selecting on the All Results Tab. This will allow you to

view both Low Cost and Standard Airlines.

If you choose to display your air option by price you choose the required flight by clicking on Select.

You also have the opportunity to display any amendment or cancellation charges by clicking on Purchase

Conditions. It is important to read purchase conditions as the ticket may be non changeable or non

refundable.


Summery Page

At this stage you have the option to delete the whole trip or finalise it.

If you wish to continue with the booking you must agree to the Purchase Conditions. You must read these

to know what the penalties are with regards to the ticket you are booking.

You can view additional details of the booking too, this will show terminal information if available.

If you finalise the trip you will the confirmation will be shown instantly within your online system

If you wish to add another element of travel onto this booking, please select either the Add Hotel or Add

Car icon at the top of the page. This will allow you to keep all elements of travel under the one booking

reference.


Finalise Trip Page

Fields that are mandatory are marked with an asterix and you will not be able to complete the booking

without entering information in these fields.


Eurostar

To search for Eurostar on the system please do so from the Air selection.

The search can be done either using the city names or station names. If you require a specific class of

service e.g. Business class ticket please select this from the drop down list otherwise you will be given

varied fare results.

If you select search by schedule you will then be able to select from a list of available times.

Depending on your search criteria you may see Eurostar and alternative airlines which also operate the

route. Then select the radio tab next to the required journey in both directions and continue.


Then you will be provided with a list of fares for the selected times. From here you can make the fare

selection, read the ticket purchase conditions and add to trip plan to proceed.


Hotel Search Page

You can select your destination from city or airport name, street address or point of business location.

If you want to be more specific about your search you can include a hotel name. This will reduce the hotel

options shown.

And if you show the advanced search criteria there are more options to specify from.


Search Results Page

There is the option to view in a map.

Or you can view by a detailed list.

The results will be displayed, with hotels in policy showing with ticks beside them.

By clicking on the hotel name this will allow you to view facilities at the hotel and select see price details for

all the available rate information.


Check the purchase conditions and select the required room rate to proceed.


Summary Page

From here you can begin to build an itinerary or just agree to purchase conditions and finalise trip.


Final Booking Page

Custom fields will pre populate with the travellers details and select confirm to complete the reservation.

The booker and traveller will then receive an email confirmation and then a further Itinerary. The booking

page will also show the Portman reference for the booker’s records.

After this the booking can be viewed from the Travel Review tab.


Car hire Bookings

Select the airport or off airport location and search for required dates and drop off and pick up times.

Select the radio button next to the appropriate rate and operator, and then add to trip plan. This then takes

you to the summary page for your booking where you can either confirm the reservation or build an

itinerary.
