    Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) has been slow to

    the plate in creating, easy, integrated, Web 2.0 typesolutions. CRM is moving in.

    A widening array of point solutions exist covering all the

    bases (helpdesk, issues, ideation, requirements, projectsetc.) but they arent integrated.

    Enterprise solutions that do exist generally dont mirrorthe 2.0 standard of simplicity, ease of use and integration

    Enterprise buyers use social media and expect thatsimplicity
