Soon after college I got a job in Customer Care Department of a big telecom company.
Customers had issues and they wanted a quick solution.
The first thing I did was to ask,

Soon we all tend to forget asking
WHY? and jump directly to HOW?

And Than The problem starts
How to get good grades ? Instead of WHY to get good grades?
How to solve customer issues?Instead of WHY the customers are unhappy?
How to get the job?Instead of Why to get this job?
How to become happy?Instead of Why am I sad?
Why not jump directly to HOW before WHY?
Because thanYou start focussing your energy towards wrong direction or probably not the perfect direction.
Therefore
Answer your WHYs properly you will find answer to your HOWs quickly and effectively.
