Our friendly volunteers are available for one-on-one tutoring sessions at the City Library, Hutt St Library & North Adelaide Library at a range of times covering various topics. Tech Talks – Will Robotics Define Common Sense?: Robots & artificial intelligence are an inevitable

part of our changing world, but many people have misgivings about emerging automation. Hollywood films are littered with rogue A.I.s & people are worried about the prospect of a world overrun by such technologies. This talk will de-mystify whether robots can or will define common sense as we know it & whether robotic evolution will result in humans being replicated or replaced. Virtual Reality: Join us in the Innovation Lab & explore

the fantastic range of Virtual Reality apps available. This month, explore the universe by creating your own galaxy with 'Universe Sandbox'! Drop in sessions Mondays, 12.45pm & Saturdays, 3.15pm @ City Library.

Inspired By Holograms – Discover Voxon! Discover the next step in STEAM technology, an interactive 3D holographic experience. Please join our friendly volunteer to experience 3D data in holographic format. Explore Science, Anatomy, Mathematics, Design, Topography & then get to play some 3D games! Mondays, 10.30am & Tuesdays, 12.30 @ City Library.

3D Printing: Did you know that the City Library has four

different 3D Printers? Come & join our creative volunteers in the Innovation lab to explore the evolution of this great technology, from the user friendly Me2 3D Printer to the state-of-the-art Da Vinci RGB colour 3D printer! Discover Robotics: Do you love robots & want to learn

Art in the Air with 3D Pens: Do you love art &

technology? Explore the 'A' in STEAM – art! 3D pens extrude heated plastic that allows you to draw in mid-air. It’s like holding an ultra-lightweight portable 3D printer but with no need for software, the only limit is your imagination! Thursday 26 March, 3.30pm to 4.30pm @ City Library. Recommended for ages 8+.

Block Coding Basics: Are you interested in learning

coding, or love the thought of making your own computer game? Join us for this relaxed group session & learn how to get started! Tuesday 17 March, 10.30am to 11.30pm @ Hutt Street Library. Recommended for ages 16+.
