Introduction of Chetan Bhagat :

Chetan Bhagat has explored India in different ways in all his books. Highlighting various aspects of it. He has followed a pattern with his books by

naming the protagonists after Lord Krishna Hari, Shyam, Govind and now Krishna.

Firmly describes himself as being in the entertainment business rather than the literary one

He adds, ‘‘So what if I write for the masses? So did Shakespeare. He was probably the Ekta Kapoor of his time.’’ Yet, he has, as a columnist with Dhainik Bhaskar & The Times Of India, has written some political eye-openers, which has made an impact even in the Parliament

Cyber Punk :

It is a post modern science fiction genre noted for its focus on “high tech” and low life.

It features advanced science, such as information technology and cybernetics coupled with a degree of break down or radical change in the social order.

Speak about another world. Heroes are hackers, artificial intelligences. Setting is post industrial dystopias. Video games play vital role in it. Often described nihilistic underground side. Classic cyber punk characterizes were marginalized,

alienated loners who lived on the edge of society in generally dystopia.

Border between actual and virtual reality.

Menippean satire: It is a seriocomic genre. Alongside

Socratic dialogue and other forms. Tradition or generation group. We do not find verse here. It plays a spear role in Mikhail

Bakhatian’s theory of the novel. Mental attitude

Popular Culture: Popular fiction is near to fancy writing. Plot is not govern by cause and effect. Commonly lacks a sustained plot. It lacks the study of character. Characterization lack deeper analysis. Intellectual analysis is not present. More familiar and accepted moral teachings. Represented on the whole instinctive or traditional

rather than a highly reflective, philosophy of life. Patriotism idea of middle or working class people.
