ORDER & TRANSPORT MANAGEMENTOGS is a web-based operational system for reporting and visibility. Clients can easily find status on a shipment, order or specific item using our new state of the art IT system.

FULL VISIBILITY AT EACH STAGE OF THE PROCESS

EXPEDITING Our dedicated project teams will do expediting of purchase orders based on estimated EXW/FCA dates. OGS also generates automatic e-mails to vendors confirming the readiness of their items.

PICK UP/MATERIAL RECEIPT Based on a bar coding system, OGS has an integrated warehouse module for activities related to cargo receipt, material receipt reports, packing and preparation of documents.

PACKING/DOCUMENTS In response to client input, we are consolidating purchase orders into unified shipments from nominated hubs defined for each client. All relevant documents can be viewed via the system by each of the parties involved.

The OGS solution will cover the overall process – from a purchase order, through expediting, pick up, origin consolidation, packing and shipping to the final destination.
