This interactive workshop is ideal both for understanding how the Public Sector Scorecard works and for getting insights into performance management in the public and third sectors based on a culture of innovation improvement and learning, rather than a top-down blame culture.

Delegates will be encouraged to consider the issues from the viewpoint of their own organisation. It will cover the following topics:

WORKSHOP FACILITATOR: MAX MOULLIN 

Max Moullin is director of the Public Sector Scorecard Research Centre and a visiting fellow at Sheffield Business School. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute and a Fellow of the Operational Research Society. He is a member of the Healthcare Advisory Forum steering committee and the Public Sector Performance Management Forum. 

Max is an experienced workshop facilitator, who has run similar workshops for the Dept of Work and Pensions, the Association for Public Service Excellence, the National School of Government and the Operational Research Society. He is author of the book Delivering Excellence in Health and Social Care.
