Basic details of event are outlined in Mavenlink support portal (note: all future communication will be sent/received here)
You send us artwork We manipulate artwork into a
custom template for event web pages and e-mails
We upload templates into Event Farm
We teach you how to navigate the Event Farm platform, on a one-hour training call.

Go Live
As soon as you have set up and tested everything in the Event Farm platform, you can go live by selling tickets, sending invites, etc.
You send us art (in original, layered Photoshop file)
Within 24 hours we’ll send you the templates we’ve created with your art (one for web and one for email). You can request changes if needed.
You will view the final product on your event web page and e-mails
You can make one final round of art change requests, any additional requests are subject to $150 fee per hour of work
Once you’ve approved the templates, we will upload them into your Event Farm web page and e-mails
Uploading takes 24 hours from time of approval

Basics of what you will learn: 1. How to edit the content within your RSVP/Purchase/Registration web page 2. How to edit e-mail content and send invitations (if you are sending invites) 3. How to insert guest registration questions, donation options, and implement discount codes (all optional) 4. How to view collected guest data 5. Review additional features within Event Farm that are applicable to you event
Training Call
Manipulate your art to create skins for event web page and e-mail
Upload skins into Event Farm, followed by final round of art change requests. Note: Any art change requests submitted after final round, will be subject to $150 fee (per hour)
