ON head office is based in Shenzhen, Southern China and neighboring Hong Kong. It’s a thirty minute trip to either Shenzhen or Hong Kong International Airport and less than two hours drive to Guangzhou/Canton.

ON is ideally situated, with more than 80% of our suppliers being within two hours drive, favoring good reactivity and flexibility.

We also have engineering offices strategically positioned in Strasbourg, France and Mexico City, Mexico offering project development support and after sales service.

 • Concept and Design: working from your ideas or with your own design team, ON helps create the

finished product design.

• Prototyping: When it is needed, we offer a full range of prototyping services.

• Tooling: Whether injection moulding, extrusion, die-casting or blow moulding, we will help choose the most cost-effective process to make your product. We will design and source the high quality tooling you expect.

• Production: Our approved suppliers can provide production for quantities large or small, all overseen by our project coordinator. Quality control is guaranteed.

• Finished Product: We can provide all the necessary post-production services necessary to provide a complete, finished product: assembly, painting, decoration, whatever is needed.

• Delivery: Our logistics experts will ensure the products are shipped on time and trouble free.

• Post Delivery Support: We have a global support network. If you have a problem, we can have an engineer there to visit in person usually within 24 hours.

ON lighting

ON specializes in producing the highest quality plastic lenses and lighting parts for automotive applications. We have extensive experience with all lighting parts; bulb holders, reflectors, lenses, finishers, reflex lenses

and Fresnel patterns. Our Fresnel and reflex inserts are supplied directly by DBM Reflex, a world leader in the industry.

We also offer specialized services such as two-shot injection, chroming and finishing.
