It  would  be  our  recommenda3on  that  2  modulars  remain  at  each  of  the  four  schools  next  year  –  Rolling  Hills,  Richboro,  Hillcrest  and  Wrightstown  –  for  storage.    This  plan  

would  remove  the  remaining  seventeen  (17)  modulars  from  these  four  proper3es.  

Our  expecta3on  would  be  to  remove  the  remaining  eight  (8)  modulars  the  following  

year.

•  The  inability  to  drop  ship  large  bulk  items  –  furniture  &  paper  –  will  add  general  supply  expenses.

ACHIEVE  

 Eliminate  the  space  that  is  currently  serving  the  ACHIEVE  Program.  

 Move  the  ACHIEVE  Program  into  the  current  NOC  space  –  with  similar  office  configura3on  

 Transi3on  the  NOC  opera3on  and  staff  to  Council  Rock  North.

Network  Opera3ons  (NOC)  

 Eliminate  the  NOC  use  at  the  LSAC.  

 Redesign  that  space  to  accommodate  the  ACHIEVE  Program.

 Maintain  the  current  use  of  the  LSAC  for  the  Sloan  School  for  the  15-­‐16  school  year.  

 Con3nue  to  use  this  site  for  the  Twilight  Program.  

 Begin  in  15-­‐16  to  explore  other  spaces  for  ACHIEVE,  Sloan  and  Twilight.
