Objectives Embed Visible Digital Watermarking (VDW) in on-line certificates and use

Google+ services to share on-line certificates.

Increase trust between institutions and allow different institutions in different countries to work together and share on-line certificates.

Increase trust between institutions to exchange on-line certificates both easily and cheaply in a flexible manner.

Reduce the time and effort needed by institutions.

The coordination and cooperation between academic institutions will be better than before.

Digital Watermarking The idea of DW is resulting from visible watermark.

DW is a technique that is used to convey data via embeds this data within the cover DMD.

DW should be robust against efforts to take away the hidden information.

A popular DMD of DW is to give proof of ownership. It is clear that for this DMD of DW should be robust against any manipulation that may try to eliminate DW.

Figure1 displays a typical DW system, which includes watermark embedder and extracts system.

Page 4: On line e-learning certificate 01

The watermark can be background, image, a number sequence or a binary

bit sequence. The security information is used to improve the security of

DW. The output of DW system is the watermarked data.

Digital Watermarking The inputs to the

watermark embedder are

watermark (VDW), the

cover DMD and security

information (IDW).

Visible Digital Watermarking VDW was the initial and mainly primitive method of watermark.

VDW covers the object that has watermark and make it visible on this object for users.

VDW is an able to be seen transparent Digital Multimedia Data (DMD), which is covered on the primary DMD. Including the logo and seal of the institutions, which holds the rights to the primary DMD, it enables the primary DMD to be seen, other than still marks it obviously as the property of the institution’s owners.

It is an important issue that the remove of watermark will be difficult; otherwise, it is easy for owners.

On-Line Certificate

This study presents an on-line certificate that can be shared within all institutions over the world.

We offer this study because the most institutes around the world's do not apply this approach.

Therefore, this on-line certificate needs to be protected when it uses on-line. Thus, this study introduces a high–quality method for protecting on-line certificates by using VDW technology as in Figure3 .

The Implementation of On-line Certificate

On-line certificate needs to be protected when it uses on-line. Thus, this study introduces a high–quality method for protecting on-line certificates by using VDW technology.

This certificate issues as a sample to use it with this study.

The Implementation of On-line Certificate VDW approach has been used in

this study to protect the on-line certificate.

This approach will enable institutions to create an on-line certificate and embedded a watermarking to trust in others institutions.

This slide examines the implementation of on-line certificate using VDW. Figure 3 shows the output of the on-line certificate (Certificate of Attendance). It shows the logo of HAAGA-HELIA University as background rotation in the meddle.

Evaluate of Online Certificate

General Questions

Q1. Has Online Certificate enough security level to trust it institutions?Yes, Online Certificate is secure and has two kinds of security that are VDW and

google+

Q2. Is Online Certificate hard or easy to use?Online Certificate is easy to use by the responsible users “admin or teacher” who can

issue the certificate and insert and embed VDW with it.

Q3. Do you think that institutions benefit from Online Certificate ?Online Certificate enables institutions, which is using e-learning to trust others

certificates that issue by others institutions. It increases honesty among institutions to exchange an online certificate

Evaluate of Online Certificate

Questionnaire Questionnaire is normally viewed as an applicable method of evaluation between the various types of users. The questionnaire is based on samples of teachers and students. The questions have answers of strongly agree, agree, normal, disagree, and strongly disagree.

TeacherThe aim of the questionnaire for teachers is to find out their impressions of the Online Certificate approach, and also to obtain their feedback. The research has selected 10 teachers. The results of the questions are summarized graphically in the following figures:

Evaluate of Online CertificateTeachers are significant users in online certificate, because they are:

– the heart of e-learning – they have the ability to issue and control the online certificate.

In general, the results of teacher questionnaire show that the majority of them are very satisfied. Most of them strongly agree and are very glad with online certificate.

Student Questionnaire

The aim of the questionnaire for students is to find out their impressions of the Online Certificate approach, and also to obtain their feedback. The research has selected 50 students. The results of the questions are summarized graphically in the following figures:

Conclusion The manner in which this project has increased trustworthiness to cater for the

highly changeable environment of e-learning is through the use of DW and technology its techniques.

This study has increased trust between institutions in exchanging online certificates both easily and cheaply in a flexible manner. In addition, the technology used enables a copyright holder to put in a hidden message within images, moving pictures, sound files, and even raw text.

This study has embedded VDW in on-line certificates and use Google+ services to share on-line certificates.
