Description
• 90:10% JV partnership between OOC and Port of Duqm respectively
• Develop, build and operate the liquid bulk jetties and tank terminal in Duqm port.
• Provide terminal services to clients logistics requirements such us jetty operations, tank storage, blending, sampling, etc
• Construction of Jetty and related infrastructure including storage facility expected commissioning in Q1/2018

Oman Tank Terminal Company (OTTCO)
Description • Located in Raz Markaz 70 km from Duqm port
• Natural Depth of 32m, able to accommodate
VLCC crude ships • The project aims to design , construct and
operate Crude Oil Terminal and provide the following services:
• Short & long term storage for crude oil • Strategic & Commercial Storage • Blending facilities • Export and import crude oil • Offshore facility able to accommodate
any tank size • 24/7 operation • Storage Capacity = up to 200 million
barrel
Current states • FEED to be awarded in Q4 2014
Once fully operational, Ras Markaz is expected to be the world’s largest single storage location for crude oil

pipeline from Saih Nahada to Duqm Industrial
area. As well as construction of Gas supply

to be commissioned by Q1 2018

pipelines
- 440 KM crude pipeline from Nahada
booster station to Ras Markaz with
handling capacity up to 700,000 bbl/d
