He holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is a licensed broker in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and North Dakota. He is also a long-time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). Kirk lives in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife and two sons. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and fishing.

Rocky was born and raised in Nebraska. He graduated with a degree in Communication and Nonprofit Leadership at Rockhurst University and also studied liberal arts. He was chose to compete in several persuasive speech competitions and was named the Vice President of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance on campus. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Nebraska.
Rocky lives in Valley, Nebraska and he enjoys the night life and spending time at the lake.
