The Wilmington, North Carolina property is situated on 2.1 acres of land and is also located in the major retail corridor in the city and totals 23,984 square feet. The leaseexpires 8/31/22 and is also NN. The rent increases 1% per year and is corporately guaranteed by La-Z-Boy Incorporated (LZB).
