The Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) is the international trade organisation for the home electronic sys-

tems industry. CEDIA members specialise in the planning, design, supply and installation of automated electronic systems for the mod-

ern, intelligent home. Olive has been a member of CEDIA since 2004 and Simon Williams (MD) sat on their Board of Directors from

2002 – 2011. He was also Chairman of the organisation from 2007 – 2009. Olive’s core values are very closely tied to CEDIA and we

continue to promote the organisation and its mission to improve the quality of residential custom installation systems.

Based in London since 2002, we design, install and service entertainment and control systems for our clients. The service is personal,

1 Initial contact Call us and you’ll speak to someone technical and experienced enough to understand your requirement and guide you through the process 2 Clients meetings A dedicated team is assigned to you throughout your project Initial meeting (free of charge within the M25) to discuss your project Follow up meeting where we present our initial design ideas and potential costs After confirming you wish to go ahead, you are assigned a dedicated, profess- ional, Project Manager who will be your main contact at Olive making sure that you and your design team get the information they need. 3 Design documentation Our in-house design team creates clear wiring schematics 3D renders of key design areas (if appropriate) Clear specification documents including formal “Scope of Works” document to make sure all parties fully understand the brief. 4 Consultant design coordination meetings Our team of Project Managers are professional and fully experienced with deal ing with the different key members of your design team Olive’s extensive experience allows us to keep all parties communicating well and sympathetic integration of technology to fit in rather than impose on the interiors 5 1st Fix Project Management

Clear on site documentation is provided for the electrical and contractor Instruction on best practice of running cables Verifying that cables have been installed as per specification All staff fully Health & Safety compliant included CSCS cards
