New Features in SCORE Version 5.00.72 (Upgrade of 5.00.41)

Main Page:

• Display of samples in main page includes the allele version used at the time of last analysis.

Gel:

• Gel-image can be linked to a gel and printed in the report.

Typing Options:

• CWD: switch between version1, version 2 and user-defined.

• Serology: Switch between WHO, Expert and user defined

• Changes of CWD version or serological assignment will instantly trigger an update of result listings.

User administration tool:

• Added a specific permission to switch between short cut and standard version.

Editing of CWD list and serological equivalents under Configuration > Edit common alleles:

• User-defined CWD lists and allele-serological equivalents can now be stored.

• Differences are highlighted, both the CWD-check box and the serological equivalent. CWD is compared either against CWD version 1 or 2, serological equivalents against the WHO or the expert assignment of the HLA-dictionary.

Conversion Tool:

• Switch between old-userdefined and new nomenclature has been removed in all forms, just the new nomenclature will be used.

• Conversion tool: CWD-information: Version1,version 2 and user defined check boxes are displayed

• Serological information: WHO, expert assigned and user-defined equivalents are displayed.

Report:

• In the print out, the selected CWD version and serological assignment is stated.

• Gel-image can be linked to a gel and printed in the report.

• Virtual gel images can be printed in a report as an additional option.

• A new check box: “allele group patterns” can be selected. This results in a listing of all alleles with an identical reactivity pattern for all kits that have been used for the last analysis. In the printout these alleles are displayed in two groups representing the allele combinations

Print option window:

Search form:

• Typing kits and up to two alleles can be defined as criteria for all search options within the time span defined in the two date boxes.

Other:

Report:

• Result report shows alphabetically ordered list of condensed individual results.

• PDF-export: patient name is now used as file name together with current date.

Printing:

• Report printing accelerated.

• “Print preview” button in typing kit print form.

• Worksheets can be printed without or with highlighted allele reactivities.

• Check for installed printers can be de-activated.

Import/Export:

• XML options are stored for each local computer.

• XML-import: inclusion of additional tags for patient import: <sex> and <external_id>.

Bug fixes:

• Print out: DRB, sub-grouping by CWD: If a CWD-pair is only a result in conjunction with a non

CWD DRB3/4/5 paralog, the entire group is listed as rare, although the DRB1 alleles are CWD.

• Preview ribbon in a report does not show the “export to word” or “export to excel” button.

These in-built functions did not convert the report fields correctly and were removed.

• Typing kits that have discontinuous mixes of one locus distributed over the plate will be recalculated after all mixes have been transferred.

• Fixed import of old typing data that were set to no reactivity at all and encoded as “*” on the data level

• Main window maximized after quick print.

• Report: Double listing of paralogs DRB3/4/5 of authorized results is removed.

• DRB3/DRB4/DRB5 homozygous results are now displayed in the report as one instance only if

there is a “limit to DRB345” option set.
