Program and Event InformationOld Westbury Gardens reserves the right to change or cancel programs and events. Visit oldwestburygardens.org for any changes.RegistrationRegistration for all events is at oldwestburygardens.org. Where indicat-ed advance registration or tickets are required in order to ensure ade-quate space or materials. All registrations will be confirmed by email or mail. If you have not received your confirmation 14 days prior to your program’s start date, call 516-333-0048 ext. 301.Refunds must be requested in writing and will be issued only if request-ed at least 14 days prior to the program. A 10% processing fee may be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be issued less than 14 days before the start of the program. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.
In the event we receive your registration after a program has filled, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified by phone if/when a space becomes available. We will process your payment at that time.If Old Westbury Gardens cancels the program (e.g., due to rain, instructor’s illness, or insufficient enrollment) you will receive a full refund.If you are unable to attend the program you may contact our office for a receipt, which will enable you to claim your contribution as a tax-de-ductible gift.
