Note 1Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012R2, Windows 10, Windows Server 2016:Because the Driver Installer is contained in a Web Package, it cannot be completed by USB installation. To close the Driver Installer window awaiting PnP, you need to click the Cancel button afterwards.

Note 2Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012R2, Windows 10, Windows Server 2016:Theres is a bug disabling printing from MP Tray in Windows Store apps. To print from MPT, select MPT for Source on the printer's operator panel and then select [Automatically Select] for Source in the driver before printing.

6. SOFTWARE UTILITY NOTES

- No shortcut will be added to the Metro UI at installation unless a file extension is EXE.

- An uninstaller shortcut is not added to the Metro UI.

- No plan to support utilities in Windows RT.

Note 1Be sure to click [This program has successfully been installed] if the "Program Compatibility Assistant" dialog appears upon installation completion (including cancellation of installation).

Note 2The [User Account Control] dialog sometimes appears when an installer or utility is launched. Click [Yes] to agree because it is necessary to run an installer or utility with permissions for administrators. Neither an installer nor utility will be launched if you click [No].

If other Oki Data Software is already installed, there is no distinction visible on the Metro UI Screen between the ReadMe and Help file names of the different Applications.

Note 9Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, if the protected mode of Internet Explorer is ON, the Web page can not open. It is necessary to add "http://localhost" and "about:blank" to the list of trusted sites to avoid this.

Note 10Windows Server 2012 R2, if the protected mode of Internet Explorer 11 is ON, the Web page can not open. It is necessary to add "http://localhost" to the list of trusted sites to avoid this.
