Okan’s 73-Story Tower Getting Hilton Brand, Condo SalesAbout To Launch
80SHARES
Downtown Miami’s 73-story Okan Tower is about to launch sales.
Hilton has a deal to manage the hotel, and the sales will be for condo-hotel units.
According to an email sent to brokers, the hotel will be called Hilton Bayfront Miami. An invitation-
only event will be held for brokers next week.
Approval for the 956-foot tower, including 362 residential units, along with 300 hotel rooms, has
already been obtained by the Turkish developer.
The mixed-use project will also include office, restaurant, and retail space. Design for the tower was
inspired by a tulip.

This beauty should be on 300 biscayne instead, and let the whole world see her whenthe port on arrival.
The proposed tower for 300 Bicayne is a thousand time better that this giant
penis.
Turkish Tulip > Uneven Lego blocks
Gtfoh bruh!
I have to admit. PMG dropped the ball on that one. OKAN got it
right.
I dont mind PMG’s Lego design. Just not front view. They
should definitely trade places unless PMG redesigns
something simular to Muse or Echo.
Too bad they didn’t build Echo’s crown, would have looked
so much better with it. Now it’s just a nice looking building.

300 Biscayne is brilliant. Love it.
I like both this arch and the leggo building. Finally! Something different. I hope
both of them get built.
It would of been cool if it were named ” The Turkish Tulip ” instead of OKAN tower. Iwant to say it in a social conversation to my friends. ” yo ! meet me for lunch at theTurkish Tulip. Ill be there around 12 “
SMH yet Again…It’s “would HAVE” not “would of”..just FYI…….
I apologize for the error. Thank you for correcting me. I appreciate it.
Apology accepted, just don’t do it again lol
Your humbleness is admirable and refreshing.
Ask him for his # too while you’re at it and take him out on a
date
Don’t be jealous now. There is enough room for you. Meet us
at the Tulip ?
I’m good, thanks though. You two can go and grab each

other’s tulip, no use for me there
There is nothing in the thread about grabbing anyone’s tulips.
Are you this insecure or threatened by your masculinity ? lol.
It’s just lunch. I’m a woman by the way.
Nice! lol
And so am I Fyi…
Lol… Tulips Here, Tulips There, Tulips Everywhere !!
(OPRAH MEME)
Sounds like a good name for a restaurant at the hotel.
Anyone else Google’d what a Tulip looks like as I did..? Just curious lol
Okan included photos of a Turkish tulip on the post.
Melo’s Tower will have people living in it by the time this starts construction.
You’re probably correct!

Nicer things take more time.
Miami Worldcenter and Brightline Train Station projects having a catalyst effect.
Oh damn! so this is for real! Really happening.
Okan doesn’t appear to have closed on the land, so maybe it’s real. Cheers
Can’t wait till that gap of tall towers in downtown fills the area nicely
Gorgeous. Get er done!!
Perfect! Melo’s project will keep the jail out of sight of the 1% that live in this tower.
Thankfully! I cannot wait to move in!
Finally a tower worth looking forward to getting built.
Sales figures for this project will serve as a great proxy for luxury demand in downtownoutside of worldcenter and how much legs this current cycle has left…

I ain’t never seen a tulip like that but pretty building nonetheless!!!
Just like many people have never seen a REAL NICE BUILDING, but yet, they
think Melos buildings are works of art! or they just work there and the have to
comment and like it.
Who said anyone looks at Melo Group’s buildings as works of art? Many of
us are just glad and appreciate that the Melo Group is finally filling in those
god awful empty lots that sat empty for decades when no other developer
attempted to build anything.
Any idea price point?
Yes…most certainly outside the budget of anyone with a local median salary in
Miami.
what? What is local median salary in Miami?
And why is that even worth discussing?
so, that beauty will become Miami’s tallest. GREAT!!!
Yes!!!

i would love to see this rendered with melos new building on this lot
Turks have stellar record of building things in Miami…Flagstone had become a legendhere. Count me as skeptic on this one.
Sorry, but that tulip looks like a giant penis.
Even better
Love a phallic figure
You say that like it’s a bad thing.
*Yawn*
Another massive parking garage at street level.
No one cares about the pool 900 feet in the air. It’s the street level experience thatmatters.
The majority of the people in Miami are going to be just looking at it, not hugging
it.
Lol
It’s a nice garage, for Miami. Have you seen the renderings for Melo’s parking
pedestal next door? Atrocious!

Too expensive project for that location , for now ….. maybe in 10 years !
*Sigh* there is always that one person.
It’s Ok, thankfully it’s a free country so he’s entitled to his opinion too no
matter how Dumb and ignorant it is
Yea but, there is always that one guy.
lol
That what they said about Paramount, and 1000 Musuem, about SOM office
Towers, about.
Wake up, this area of Miami, from 1-395 to 5th street is THE future of Miami
It is located across the street from a correctional facility. There is no value in this
project; zero. It will take a buyer close to a decade to see any return on their initial
investment.
Melo’s project will shield the prison view and its a federal prison. So low
skilled criminals aren’t just getting out and walking the streets like county
jails. Its also next to Miami World Center.
Love that tower.
However, I believe it after construction begins and I mean
Vertically

Melo will start on it before the year is out lol But what i’m
waiting for is that lot in front of the Biscayne 12st publix to be
built on with the proposed project. Thing has been empty for
decades.
Are it taking about the one behind Opera tower on 17th?
not that big a deal IMO
