Our CapabilitiesPyramid E&C has end to end capabilities to harness the reservoirs and produce oil, gas and water streams meeting the sales, disposal and reinjection specifications. We also offer solutions for gas compression, NGL recovery, ethane extraction and liquefaction to improve profitability of gas assets.

THREE PHASE SEPARATIONWe provide separation systems engineered for oil, gas and water phase separation and removal of sand and other solids. The separators are provided with inlet devices and internals to efficiently utilize momentum of the incoming mixture for separation of various fluids and solids thus optimizing on capital investment, operating costs, footprint and chemical consumption.

OIL TREATMENTStabilization process removes the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and reduces vapor pressure, thereby making the crude oil safe for shipment. We achieve it by either vapor or gas stripping in a distillation column to deliver am Oil stream meeting sales specification. The basic specifications for crude i.e. BS&W and salt content are met by Dehydration and Desalting respectively. We provide both Heater Treaters and Electrostatic devices to achieve the desired specifications.

GAS TREATMENTThe purpose of cleaning the gas of its impurities is to improve the gas quality, avoid dangers to the process plant or pipeline from e.g. corrosion or enable the gas to be brought to the desired export condition. Pyramid E&C offers custom design units for gas compression and treatment to meet sales specifications. The most common processing units are gas sweetening (removal of CO2 & H2S), dehydration, hydrocarbon dew point control and condensate recovery.

PRODUCED WATER TREATMENTThe water is removed from the crude oil from various equipment e.g. separators, desalters, knock out drums etc. and still has substantial quantity of oil. The oil concentration in water needs to be controlled from environmental, monetary as well as reinjection considerations. We provide a full line of water treatment equipment ranging from gun barrel tanks, hydrocyclones, gas floatation and filtration systems to meet the most stringent disposal quality specifications.

Onshore ProductionPyramid E&C provides modular containerized solutions for early as well as Central production when the wells have stabilized, and it is possible to predict the throughput for medium and long term.

EARLY PRODUCTION FACILITIESThese are modular, standard API/ ASME design off the shelf facilities ready for quick deployment for monetization of oil field till stabilization of production and addition of sufficient wells to justify a full-scale production facility. These facilities are designed to meet moderate sales oil specification of 0.5% BS&W and 30 ppm H2S, the gas will be generally flared unless it is in substantial quantity to justify compression and treatment train.

The production facilities supplied by Pyramid E&C comprise of generic, pre-engineered modular units which can be fit into several containers and then assembled at site. The large equipment are transported separately and mounted on their own foundations. We also take up Balance of Plant on EPC or EPCM basis to provide a single point turnkey solution to asset owners. Pyramid E&C also provides the operation management services for these plants and in certain cases complete BOOT solution.

Offshore Production

Pyramid E&C provides solutions for marginal as well as full scale offshore Oil & Gas production, on fixed, floating or compliant structures.Our modular fabrication yard has access to all weather port and can deliver single module of 1000 tons and hence able to easily service offshore production of 50000 BPD. We also carry out integration engineering of topsides with the carrier vessel and provide construction management services at most of the conversion yards globally.

Gas PlantsPyramid E&C provides complete treatment solution comprising of Compression, Dehydration, Sweetening and contaminant removal systems to recover valuable liquids and deliver gas to the specification. Standard packages are available in 30, 60, 120 and 200 MMSCFD sizes.

JOULE THOMSON UNITS The Joule Thomson system, simultaneously reduces the water dewpoint of gas, recovers valuable hydrocarbon liquids and lowers the BTU calorific value) of the gas stream to sales contract specifications or levels suited for high-speed engines

CRYO EXTRACTION PLANTSIn the cryogenic plant, the inlet gas is cooled to even lower temperature using JT valves and turboexpander to recover almost all propane as well as ethane from the gas stream. The plant can also operate in ethane rejection mode to save energy and allow ethane to go with sale gas.

REFRIGERATION PLANTS In a refrigeration plant the inlet gas is cooled to a low enough temperature to condense the desired fraction of LPG and NGL using Freons or Propane, which can be cooled to (-) 40°F, is used to lower gas temperatures and improve recovery of propane and heavier components.
