The OHSU Department of Dermatology, in conjunction with Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, is pleased to o�er our pediatric dermatology team. We have the Portland-metro area’s only board certi�ed pediatric dermatologists (Drs. Krol, Leitenberger, and Adelson) and a certi�ed physician assistant (Ms. Clayton) who focuses on pediatric dermatology.

OHSU pediatric dermatologists specialize in the evaluation and management of dermatologic problems for children, from birth to 18 years of age, and have substantial expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of common conditions like eczema (atopic dermatitis) and hemangiomas, to complex and unusual disorders such as genetic skin disorders and childhood psoriasis.

Pediatric dermatologists are trained to recognize the unique developmental and physiologic aspects of infants, children and adolescents, and design skin care treatment regimens speci�c to children’s developmental and physical needs.

We also o�er a Hemangioma and Vascular Birthmarks Clinic at OHSU for the special treatment of infants, children and adults with complicated hemangiomas or other unusual vascular lesions. From the EastTravel west on I-84 to the juncture with I-5. Follow I-5 south toward Salem. Cross the Marquam Bridge, staying left. Follow the signs to City Center/ Beaverton. Take the SW 6th Ave. exit. Get in the left lane immediately and turn left on College St. Turn left on Broadway Ave. Bear right onto SW 6th Ave., follow signs to OHSU. Turn left onto SW Terwilliger Blvd. and right on SW Campus Dr. Follow signs to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital parking.
