We care about you – it’s your support that helps make Chelsea Football Club so unique.

A key part of our community is our global network of Official Supporters Clubs. We currently have 122 Official Supporters Clubs across the world that are recognised by Chelsea, and each one is important to us.

After surveying over 1800 fans, we’ve made some exciting developments to the Official Supporters Club scheme, all of which take on board your feedback.

The result is a scheme that gives you more, so that you can take your club further than ever.

You said you wanted to grow the number of members within your club, and that you wanted more opportunities to be rewarded, more flexibility, and more support. With our new and improved scheme, that’s exactly what you’ll get.

Having spoken to fans across the world, from club secretaries through to fans who aren’t currently part of an Official Supporters Club, we’ve boosted our programme to give you the support you need to take your club to the next level.

One Fanbase. Two Schemes.We’re proud to have a truly global fanbase and understand that not everyone can make it to Stamford Bridge to show their support. So for the 2019/20 season, we have split the Official Supporters Club programme into two different schemes so that we can better support our fans all over the world. These are the Rewards scheme and the Ticketing scheme.

All Official Supporters Clubs will automatically be part of the Rewards scheme, but if as a club you decide you want access to tickets, you can choose to opt in to the Ticketing scheme too, and be a part of both. Our newly boosted Rewards scheme has been enhanced with new incentives to benefit Official Supporters Clubs across the world, regardless of how many paid members your club has.

REWARDS & TICKETING

If you want access to matchday tickets, you simply pay a reduced membership fee as a club, where ticket allocations are based on the number of season ticket holders and paid members in your club. You will then be opted into both the Rewards and the Ticketing schemes.

Our Official Supporters Clubs need our help to grow their numbers, so that more fans can share their passion for Chelsea. That’s why we’re making our Rewards scheme absolutely FREE. This means you can add new members and unlock new benefits as you grow – and all without paying a thing. All additional benefits you’re used to seeing in the Official Supporters Club programme will now fall under the Rewards scheme.

We’ve listened to you the fans, and made our ticketing scheme cheaper and more simple.

All fees are now just £100 per club.


Connect with Chelsea FC A good connection matters and so does recognition. That’s why we’re rewarding our Official Supporters Clubs with brand new welcome packs, complete with gifts, certificates and, depending on your Rewards status, signed merchandise from the team. Our new and improved packs are better than ever and as your club grows, the more you’ll receive each season you renew. Please note; for the 2019/20 season you will receive a welcome pack in line with merchandise you received in 2018/19 season, to ensure no club receives less this year.

We’re also launching an online Supporters Club hub for direct communication between our supporters and Chelsea - available on our website and via our app. With a monthly newsletter sharing stories from clubs all around the world, and a stream of competitions and prizes designed just for you, there will be more opportunities than ever to connect with, communicate with, and be recognised by Chelsea.

The right tools for the job Creating amazing content to publish on your own social and offline channels is vital for growing your club. To help you to create beautifully branded, bespoke invitations, social posts and event posters, we’re creating an exclusive tool, which would be available for all club secretaries. This will provide all the help you need to create posts that look official and smart, to continue to engage existing members as well as be attractive to potential new members of your Clubs. We’ll also provide you with your own brand new club logo.

Find, join, start and grow We want it to be as easy as possible to for fans to find, join or start an Official Supporters Club, which is why we’ve developed some simple online forms to make starting a new club completely hassle-free.

We’ve also made it easier to find a local club, so that fans can discover events and meet-ups that are happening in their area. By making it easier to find clubs around the world, you are more likely to see your clubs naturally grow as a result. You will need to share the link to your club detail page on our website to all your members to get them to officially join.

Evolve and growEvery Official Supporters Club is unique, and our vision is that every club goes on its own journey of growth as more fans unite in their passion. To make growing your club easier, our new non-ticketing, rewards-focused scheme means you’ll have total freedom to grow as big as you can.

That means the more members you have (regardless of whether they’re paid members or not), the more benefits and access you can unlock.

What’s more, we’ve created an information pack of useful tools to help support you, so that your club can reach its full potential. There’s information here on how to join a club, your responsibilities as a secretary, and general support to make your club as active as possible. You’ll find this information on the new Supporters Club Hub online.

What this means to you Once you’ve renewed your club, and confirmed whether you’d like

to still have access to tickets or not, we can confirm your affiliation level. For example; if you are in Europe, have 150 members in your club, and have opted into tickets as 55 of your members are season ticket holders or paid members, then you would be an “Official 100 Supporters Club at a Gold Ticketing Level”.
