Player recruitment: I developed a strong presence, as well as communication and people skills when recruiting athletes nation-wide for Tabor College.

Scholarships: Assisted in scholarship offers for potential student-athletes Conditioning Program: Organized and managed weights and conditioning for twenty-five

athletes; constructed a well developed eight week conditioning plan which included weight training, agility, and circuit training.

Team logistics: I organized transportation, meals, daily practice times, equipment transfer, as well as over night accommodations.

Winter Hitting Clinic: I developed a successful winter hitting clinic by marketing to area youth through social media outlets, fliers, and networking with connections. I created a strategic plan of daily events such as check- in time, introductions, camp drills, and organized help.

Conflict resolution: I have developed the ability to mediate disputes, develop stronger relationships among players, and resolve conflict between student-athletes and coaching staff.

Practice: Assisted in organizing and executing all elements of daily practice
