(57) Abstract :
An extracellular esterase purified from Bacillus pumilus was immobilized on gumacecia-carbopol-polyvinylamidazole (GACPVI)
hydrogel. An increase in protein loading led to an increase in the amount of esterase immobilization on to the hydrogel which reached a
saturated amount of about 0.05 mg esterase per milligram hydrogel with 80% binding efficiency. The hydrogel-bound esterase successfully
synthesized, Aspartame an artificial sweetener by esterification of methylester of phenylalanine and aspartic acid. Thus hydrogel-bound
esterase of B. pumilus was stably trapped onto an edible modified matrix, which thermally stabilized the biocatalyst, successfully yielded
an artificial sweetener Aspartame in a stepwise approached synthetic reaction interestingly, this is the first study involving synthesis of
Aspartame by using a esterase as biocatalyst. At the end of the reaction done for 6 h at 37oC, 207.87 mg of aspartame was produced.
Conformation of synthesized aspartame was done by UV, TLC, FTIR as well as HPLC studies.

The present disclosure relates to system(s) and method(s) for interactively controlling the course of a functional simulation of DUV/SUV.
The system comprises a testbench and the DUV/SUV connected to the testbench. The testbench generates a set of input data/packets as a
stimulus to be processed by the DUV/ SUV. The set of input data/packets is generated to simulate and verify the DUV/SUV. Further, the
testbench identifies a pre-defined event at runtime during the simulation. Upon identification of the event, the testbench is configured to
pause the simulation and transmit a notification message to a user indicating the occurrence of the event. Further, the testbench waits for a
pre-defined time interval to receive one or more user inputs. The testbench further generates new stimulus based on the one or more user
inputs and resumes the paused simulation with the new stimulus, thereby controlling the course of the functional simulation.

(57) Abstract :
The present invention relates generally to functional sweetener compositions comprising non-caloric or low-caloric natural sweeteners and
methods for making and using them. To obtain a natural sweetener composition having improved sweetness contents of MAG (Mono
Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate), Stevia and Mannitol having low calorie and excellent in health and taste containing said both components as
principal component. In particular, the present invention relates to different functional sweetener compositions comprising at least one non-
caloric or low-caloric natural and/or synthetic, high-potency sweetener, at least one sweet taste improving composition, and at least one
functional ingredient, such as antioxidants. The present invention also relates and is helpful in imparting a more sugar-like taste or
characteristic. In particular, the functional sweetener synergistic composition and methods provide a more sugar-like temporal profile,
including sweetness onset and sweetness linger, and/or a more sugar-like flavor profile. Composition: A mannitol in concentration, e.g. 85
% w/w used as a diluents base for MAG 7 % w/w and stevia at 8% w/w prepared. Then, above said mixture is triturated (mixing as well as
size reduction) to an average particle size of 5m so as to increase its dispersibility and flowability. Angle of repose, bulk density, tapped
density, Carrs compressibility index (CI), and Hausners ratio (HR) were evaluated. Angle of repose was found to be 32 0. CI is a
measure of powder bridge strength and stability, and the Hausners ratio (HR) is a measure of the interparticulate friction. Flow character
is rated based on compressibility index and Hausner ratio. There are intermediate scales for CI between 1115 or HR between 1.121.18 is
considered good flow. CI of the above produced product was 12.5 and HR was 1.16. Resultant mixed powder blend is tested for its
organoleptic properties and is found to be compatable and better after taste. Namely at high concentration, a sweetener composition having
excellent sweetness more than individual single material by blending mannitol, MAG and stevia and the said composition was also
evaluated for palatability and after taste and the optimization is done at 7:8:85 i.e mag: stevia: mannitol and all the physiochemical and
organoleptic parameters was found at its best. Cohesivity of powders influences the flow of powders and sometimes causes difficulties in
powder flow. However, static charges during filling operations cause very fine powders to flow off and therefore moderate cohesivity is
sometimes desirable. This test simulates the caking behavior of powders during storage or transportation.

(57) Abstract :
This invention relates to a Centrifugal Cannon based Sprinkler (CCS) system mounted on a deployment helicopter to aerially scatter Sensor
Nodes (SNs) while traversing the candidate region. The present invention is an assembly of variable sized cannons connected to a common
junction point. In this invention, for fast and precise deployment of SNs in a large scale target region, an automated mechanism has been
proposed. To launch the SNs from a moving carrier helicopter it uses an assembly of rotating cannons. To launch SNs accurately on the
pre-computed desired locations the entire system is synchronized. The proposed System Model is inspired from centrifugal sprinkler used
in agriculture fields for spraying water to the crops. It consists of an assembly of cannons of variable lengths, one end of which is
connected to a common junction point called Multi-path Intersection Point (MIP). Before scattering SNs are dumped in to a hopper, while
the flow control knob regulates the rate of spreading of SNs. The vertical pipes are used to connect the Hopper and MIP and SNs reaches
from Hopper to MIP, through these pipes. The speed of the motor governs the angular velocity of the arrangement. This arrangement is
referred as Centrifugal Cannon based Sprinkler (CCS) in this present invention.
