Price Agency Notification No. 477 of August
15, 1950 (the amount in place of the ceiling or
authorized amount of land rent in compliance
with the provision of Article 5 paragraph 1 of
Land and House Rent Control Ordinance, the
amount in place of the ceiling amount of house
rent and the uniform'adjusting percentage to be
multiplied amount of house in accordance with

it shall be prescribed as follows and shall be

II. Sales Terms:
1) The controlled selling prices shown in this list shall be applicable to warp knit cloth used
more than 30% of cotton yarn weighing percentage. ,
2) The controlled selling prices of bleach process shown in the present list shall be for those
by bleaching, craping and shearing finishings. The controlled selling prices of those having
not crape fining shall be the amounts deducted by ＼60.00 from the controlled selling prices of
producer, and the controlled selling prices of producer of those having not crape raising,
and shearing shall be the amounts deducted by ＼118.00 from the said prices. The controlled
selling prices of dealer shall be amounts obtained by multiplying 1.075 to the aforementioned
deducted amounts.
3) The controlled selling prices of dyeing process given in this list shall be for those finished
by dyeing, raising and shearing. The controlled selling prices of producer for having not
crape finishing shall be amounts deducted by ＼62.00 from the said selling prices, and also
shall be amounts, for having not crape raising and shearing, deducted by ＼120 from the said
controlled selling prices of producer. The controlled selling prices of dealer shall be the
amounts obtained by multiplying 1.075 to the amounts of each deduction.
4) The controlled selling prices of "same" processing shall be for those finished by bleaching
dyeing, "same", crape raising, and shearing, etc. Those having not dyeing shall be the
controlled selling prices of producer which deducted by ＼120.00 from the controlled selling
prices of producer, and the controlled selling prices of dealer shall be the amounts obtained
by multiplying 1.075 to the said amount deducted.
5) The unit of controlled selling prices of producer shown in this list is that of 1 yard long
and 54 inches wide. As to those other than 54 inches wide, the amount that is equivalent to
1/54, every time 1 inch wide is increased and decreased, shall be increased and decreased.
6) The controlled selling prices of dealer of cotten warp knit cloth other than shown in this
list shall be amounts deducted by 90 per cent of those affiliated to the most similar amounts.
7) The products finished by the aforementioned each processing shall be, as to the fraction
of less than yen unit, stopped at yen unit after counting 5 and higher fractions as units and
disregarding the rest.
8) The controlled selling prices of producer shown in this list shall include charges for packing
and wrapping and shall be the price ex manufacturing plant.
9) The controlled selling prices of dealer shown in this list shall include packing and wrap-
ping charges and shall be the price ex place designated by purchaser.

cotton yarn or finer count of yarn other than those mentioned herein shall be subject to the
following:
(1) As to those in which special cotton yarn, or finer count of yarn other than those shown
in this list,the price shall be amount obtained by multiplying 11% to the differencein price
of the standard yarn;
(2) As to those not shown herein in which over 2 yarns are assorted (including twisted yarn)
and knitted, the prices shall be same with those of the standard of thislist;
(3) "Sei-sei"kijishall be deducted by 20% of the prices thereto;
(4) The prices for those processed by the aforementioned manufacturing shall be accounted' 5
and higher fractions as yen units and disregarding the rest, as to fraction of less than yen
unit, and shall be stopped at yen unit.
II. Sales Terms:
(1) The controlled sellingprices of cotton Woof knit cloth other than kind shown in thislist
shall be deducted by 90% from those similar to the cheapest ones.
(2) The controlled sellingprices of dealer shown in thislist shall include wrapping charges
and shall be the price ex manufacturing factory.
(3) The controlled sellingprices of wholesaler of this listshall include wrapping charges and
