You must agree to prior to officially accepting this job offer, by initialing the corner of this page and signing your name at the end of this offer. Start Date: The terms and conditions of this offer will take effect as of <enter start date>. Compensation: As a result of this offer, you will be paid an hourly rate of $0.00. You will continue to be paid bi-weekly. It is agreed and recognized that no employee shall discuss their wage rate or wage increases with any work-related individual except for your Manager. This is a condition of employment and shall lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination should this provision not be followed. Hours of Work: Initially, your hours of work will consist of a 37.5 hour work week per the posted schedule. Although this schedule has been established, it is agreed that the company reserves the right to alter the work schedule and/or implement any other shift format that may be necessary to meet our clients’ needs and/or job demands. These alterations may include reducing shifts and/or schedules, permanent shift allocations, etc. In the event that changes to the shift schedule are necessary, the company will attempt to notify you well in advance.
