Spin Area of problem: ReturnsProblem: Cartons are being written on; product is no longer in resale conditionType of event: Just get it doneSummary: • Tony Howell has updated drivers and they are aware of the process for returns.
• Call center verbiage has been reviewed, customers are told to write ATR number on the label only, or write on separate piece of paper and attach to the return.
• Concepcion will monitor returns coming back to receiving, if problem does not improve she will notify Bobbie and an email will be sent to Melody Moy in customer service to both change the CSC verbiage and coaching.
• There will be a 30 day follow up to make sure your improvement is sustained.
