Dear Ms. Timberman:

This correspondence is to acknowledge the kit language and formatting with the stampedlabels dated August 14, 2013 for the registrations referenced above. The placement of theingredient statement on kit packaging is acceptable on the back panel with the rest of theproduct-specific information. The kit graphics and inserts have been reviewed by EPA forconsistency with the master label, even though they will not be stamped as part of the label. Thekit itself does not need its own registration and EPA allows registrants the option of usingalternate brand names for each of the existing registrations of the products inside the kit. Eachalternate brand name identifies the product as part of the kit, but is unique.

Should you have any questions or comments concerning this letter, you may contactJaclyn Pyne by telephone at (703) 347-0213 or by e-mail at [email protected]. Whensubmitting information or data in response to this letter, a copy of this letter should accompanythe submission to facilitate processing.
