Final office Floor Plan

This is the final floor plan for the office layout, the choice of a corner desk configuration in groups of four is a good option in terms of layout, use of space and good circulation around the office. The male and female toilets are located at either end, in order to be close to the service ducts, the same with the position of the staff room. The meeting rooms are on the far wall away from the entrances, this is so that there is open space to great potential and

existing clients, the flow around the office also works better this way.

Welfare, WC and Washroom The Layout

East Wing

West Wing

Here is the layout for the welfare

areas which had to be located within

the space at each end of the building

due to the position of the service

ducts. In the east wing there is the

male toilets and the main staff room.

In the west wing there is the female

toilets and the disabled toilets which

include the required shower facilities.

There is also a rest area within the

west wing and the intention for this

space is so that clients and visitors can

get refreshments and it can also be

used for informal meetings.
