Can I pay on month to month basis?Annual commitment payment is available for Office 365 Enterprise plans such as E3. With annual commitment, you sign up for a one-year subscription, but you can choose to pay month to month or pay for the entire year at the time you sign up.

What about Cancellation? You can cancel your subscription at any time. For annual commitment subscriptions, such as Office 365 Enterprise E3, there is a penalty for canceling before the end of your contract.You should save your data before you cancel. After you cancel your subscription, data associated with your Office 365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.

Will my data be preserved if I purchase the Subscription after trial has expired.

Yes. If you purchase an Office 365 subscription with the same number of user accounts you created by the end of your free trial, the information and configuration for these users' accounts will remain intact.Data associated with your Office 365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.






Can I Extend my Office 365 TrialSubscription?Yes. FastTrack provides you an option to extend your Office 365 trial. If you started with a standard Office 365 30-day trial, you can request an extension. This will provide a 90-day extension and will provide 250 users of the Office 365 Enterprise E5 service for your trial. This is intended to be applied to your existing trial. You can only apply the extension to your trial once.

Can I also use an existing Domain?

Yes. You can add multiple custom domains, add subdomains, and decide whether you want to manage DNS for a custom domain yourself or have Office 365 manage DNS for the domain.

Can I also use a custom Domain Name for my Office 365 Subscription?

If you already have a public website that you use with your domain, when you add your domain to Office 365, you can keep hosting your current website where it is hosted now without taking extra steps.






Yes. If you need to upgrade, you can transition your account to a different plan. You can either switch manually or using the switch plans wizard.

The experience for your end users depends on which plans you move between.

• If you move to one of the new plans that includes the Office desktop applications (Office 365 Business or Office 365 Business Premium), all of your users will be prompted to install Office 2016 between 1-3 days after renewal. Users of Skype for Business will need to reinstall it from the Office 365 portal.

• If you choose to upgrade to one of the enterprise plans instead, or to Office 365 ProPlus, the process for your end users is different. Users will not have to reinstall Skype for Business– it's installed with the Office applications.

Useful Office 365 Tips for new Clients Switching between Office 365 Small Business, Small Business Premium, or

Midsize Business plans and Switching from an Office 365 for business subscription to an Office 365 for home subscription, such as Office 365 Home, Personal, or University is Not Supported.

If you're adding a subdomain, like cloud.contoso.com, you must manage DNS for the domain outside of Office 365.

You can use any custom domain name that is available at your domain name registrar. It doesn’t have to match the first part of your onmicrosoft.com domain.

If you’re paying for your subscription with a credit card every month or year, you can renew at any time. However, if you have a prepaid product key subscription, we recommend that you wait until the expiration date to renew.

If you have more than one Office 365 for business subscription, they will renew together into one new subscription.

The old small and midsized business plans included the full Skype for Business client application, while the new plans include Skype for Business Basic.
