To achieve such robust performance, the GLOBAL TANK consists of one piece thermoplastic construction. We utilise a low density, multiply polyethylene that provides high tensile strength and stretch, energy absorption and resistance to abrasion and puncture.

Our outer woven polypropylene layer offers unique one piece construction which eliminates longitudinal seams, adds strength and reduces manufacturing cost and defects.

The GLOBAL TANK tolerates a wide range of temperatures and chemicals, and is virtually impermeable to oxygen and vapour. It resists failure even when quality is tested under the harshest dynamic conditions.

Our high- tech approach to fl exitank design and production ensures optimum containment and safety.

Heater PadThe SIA specially designed steam heating pads fi t under the fl exitank to evenly reheat the cargo before unloading. Electric heaterpads available on request.

PE BinThe SIA PE Bin acts as a sec-ondary containment system for bottom discharge fl exi-tanks. The ‘sleeve’ extends out over the valve and is secured for added protection.

ThermolinerThe SIA Thermoliner protects cargo in transit by helping to minimise temperature fl uctuations. PST insulation also available.
