The Wyoming Water Research Center, i n cooperation w i th the State Water Forum (Cooperative State-Federal Water Agency Group), has compiled t h i s d i rec to ry t o i den t i f y , as wel l as encourage communication among, state, federal and un ivers i ty ind iv iduals involved w i th the protect ion, preservation, development and improvement o f Wyoming’s water resources. It i s hoped t h a t the d i rec to ry w i l l ass is t ind iv iduals i n s ta te and federal government as wel l as the un ivers i ty i n d i rec t i ng ind iv iduals w i th questions concerning Wyoming’s water resources t o the most knowledgeable person as quick ly and e f f i c i e n t l y as possible.

The d i rec to ry includes ind iv iduals from those s ta te and federal agencies who have respons ib i l i t y toward water resource administrat ion, protect ion and management as wel l as ind iv iduals from Universi ty o f Wyoming departments w i th water interests. Extensive e f f o r t s were made t o include as many ind iv iduals as possible w i th in these groups i n the directory. However, i f there are ind iv iduals o r organizations w i th in these groups who have been omitted, we encourage them t o submit en t r ies f o r the next ed i t i on by contacting the Wyoming Water Research Center f o r the proper form.
