The Wildlife Warden, Wildlife division, Munnar for and on behalf of Governor ofKerala invites online tenders from registered eligible Contractosrs having a valid and activeregistration for the following works. Tender documents and tender schedules may bedownloaded from the e-GP website www.etenders.kerala.sov.in. All bid/tender documentsare to be submitted online only and in the designation online cover(s)/envelope(s) on thewww.etenders.kerala.gov.in website. Bids shall be accepted only through online modewww.etenders.kerala.gov.in website and tenders submitted manually/through post will notbe entertained. Late online bids will not be accepted.

Bidders are requested to submit scanned copy of the following documents:Registration certificate, EMD exemption certificate ( if any), preliminary agreementexecuted in Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs. 200/- duly filled in proforma for availing e-payment by online. Subsequently the hard copy of attested copy of Registrationcertificate, EMD exemption certificate (if any), preliminary agreement in originalwould be submitted offline in a sealed cover superscribing the name of work andtender number to the office of the Wildlife Warden, Wildlife Division, Munnarthrough speed post/registered post as prescribed in the time schedule, failing whichsuch tenders will be rejected.

The Tendering authority deserves the right to modify/cancel any/all bids withoutassigning any reason. The Forest Department will not be responsible for any errorlike missing of scheduled data while downloading by the bidder and no receipt ofdocuments.

Any further clarifications on the tender can be obtained from NIC/ the e-tender helpdesk number available in the www.etenders.kerala.Rov.in website and from thisoffice (04865-231587) during the office hours. The details regarding e-payment(Bidders and account number where he/she is having core banking facility and emaillD) should be submitted along with the tender. Tenders without these details willnot be accepted.

The Forest Department will not be responsible for any inconveniences or loss to theBidder while uploading/downloading the bid.

The tender/bids shall be opened online at the office of the Wildlife Warden, WildlifeDivision, Munnar in the presence of bidders/their representatives who wish toattend at the above address. lf the tender opening date happens to be a holiday ornon working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will doon the next working day at same time and place.
